Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting and Finance Assistant to update financial spreadsheets, prepare cash flow statements, and assist with collections, with emphasis on organization and attention to detail. Access to group products A footwear industry company is looking for a young man or woman to fill the position of Accounting and Finance Assistant. REQUIREMENTS: * University graduate or bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. (Mandatory) * Minimum one year of prior experience as an Accounting or Finance Assistant * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency * Knowledge of accounting principles * Familiarity with cash and banking procedures * Organizational and time management skills * Attention to detail and ability to detect arithmetic errors * Advanced proficiency in accounting systems, administrative systems, and/or other IT tools * Must reside near Cerro Colorado (Rio Seco Industrial Park) RESPONSIBILITIES: * Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions * Prepare cash flow statements * Record and reconcile bank statements * Assist with collection activities * Record accounts receivable and accounts payable * Support client, supplier, and partner follow-up as needed * Monitor current accounts and bank transfers * Record all payments executed by Treasury and perform subsequent validation * Enter transactions into banking platforms (e.g., telecredit, online banking) * Schedule weekly, monthly, and month-end payments * Ability to work effectively under pressure BENEFITS: * Market-competitive remuneration * Ongoing training * Formal employment registration from day one * Pleasant work environment * Access to group products Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
