Currently, Tottus Peru seeks to hire a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team. We are looking for individuals with strong technical skills, a commitment to continuous learning, and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and collaborative environment where adaptability is essential. Job Responsibilities: * Collaborate with cell members on planning, scope definition, design, development, and testing of software, aiming to deliver new product capabilities through continuous delivery to production. * Collaborate with product, design, front-end, and back-end teams to deliver optimal software solutions and optimize the development process. * Collaborate to apply engineering and architecture practices (Tech Rules) across all developments, aiming to build high-quality, maintainable, and extensible software products. * Design and develop documentation to enable third-party understanding of implemented software work (e.g., diagrams, pseudocode), representing the sequence of activities for both new and existing processes and systems. * Act as liaison with offshore teams and clients to resolve technical dependencies, issues, and risks. * Analyze, propose, and implement production issue solutions based on industry best practices, aiming for continuous improvement and support of products built by cells, as well as rapid response to potential production failures. * Develop proof-of-concept projects. Requirements: * Minimum 4 years of experience in similar roles (mandatory) * Degree in Computer Engineering or Systems Engineering, Technical Certification in Computing, or related field * Experience with Agile methodology * Extensive knowledge of API development (mandatory) * Technical skills: Java, Python, Angular/React, JavaScript, and GCP (Google Cloud Platform) * Knowledge of architectural patterns (layers, events, microservices, clean architecture) * Proficiency in SQL/Postgres and BigQuery (mandatory) If you believe you have everything needed to fill this position, apply with us—we want to meet you!
