What is the primary objective of this role? Develop and propose solutions within agile teams required to create value for Falabella Group’s software products. What will you do on a day-to-day basis? * Collaborate with cell members to plan, define scope, design, develop, and test software—aiming to deliver new product capabilities through continuous deployment to production. * Collaborate with product, design, frontend, and backend teams to achieve optimal software solutions and optimize the development process. * Apply engineering and architectural practices (Tech Rules) across all development efforts—to build high-quality, maintainable, and extensible technical products over time. * Design and develop documentation (e.g., diagrams, pseudocode) to enable third-party understanding of implemented software—representing activity sequences for both new and existing processes and systems. * Serve as liaison with offshore teams and clients—to resolve technical dependencies, issues, and risks. * Analyze, propose, and implement production issue resolutions based on industry best practices—to drive continuous improvement and support products built by cells, as well as ensure rapid response to potential production failures. * Develop proof-of-concept projects. **Requirements:** * Minimum 4 years’ experience in similar Full Stack programming roles (mandatory) * Degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical field (mandatory) * Experience with Agile methodology (desirable) * Availability to work onsite at least once per week (Lima) (mandatory) * Extensive experience in API development (mandatory) * Technical skills: Java, Python, Angular/React, JavaScript, and GCP (Google Cloud Platform) (mandatory) * Knowledge of architectural patterns (layers, events, microservices, clean architecture) and software design patterns * Proficiency in SQL/Postgres and BigQuery (mandatory) Join us to live the #FalabellaExperience and collectively accelerate our transformation! **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field Minimum 4 years’ experience in similar Full Stack programming roles (mandatory) Availability to work onsite at least once per week (Lima) (mandatory) Extensive experience in API development (mandatory) Proficiency in Java, Python, Angular/React, JavaScript, and GCP (Google Cloud Platform) (mandatory) Proficiency in SQL/Postgres and BigQuery (mandatory) **Offer Conditions:**
