Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional to identify and implement process automation improvement opportunities, develop reports and dashboards, and identify data inconsistencies.
Key Highlights:
1. Process automation using SQL, Python, and Excel

3. Identification and resolution of inconsistencies in reports
**Job Description**

Identify and implement improvement opportunities for automating departmental processes.
1\. Automate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes using tools such as SQL, Python, and Excel.
2\. Creation of reports and dashboards in Power BI
3\. Identify inconsistencies and discrepancies between reports extracted from the system and those generated by other departments.
4\. Ensure compliance with established procedures.
5\. Responsibilities for all employees:
* Adhere to the Patient Safety Policy, contributing to delivering safe, person-centered care in every interaction with our patients.
* Comply with occupational health and safety protocols and procedures, use PPE appropriately, participate in training sessions and drills, and promote health protection."
6\. Responsibilities for leaders:
* Lead the assigned process management with a person-centered approach, ensuring documentation, monitoring via indicators, risk and adverse event management, preparation for audits and accreditations, regulatory compliance, timely response to complaints and claims, and development of improvement plans to guarantee safe and high-quality services."
**Candidate Requirements**
--------------------------
* University graduate or bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
* Preferred: 1 year of experience in operations (not mandatory)
* Preferred: Experience in banking, insurance, telecommunications, retail, or related sectors (not mandatory)
* Intermediate-level Excel proficiency
* Intermediate-level Power BI proficiency
* SQL database knowledge
