Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to control, supervise, and improve authorization, clearing, and settlement processes for credit and debit cards, managing teams and designing solutions. Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Regular (Undefined) **What Are We Looking For?** * Control and supervise processes related to authorization, clearing, and settlement of our credit and debit card transactions. * Design and provide support for incidents and new card transaction functionalities. * Address requirements from other units related to cards. * Manage teams applying current methodologies. * Perform continuous improvement in card operational services. * Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate leader and drive continuous improvement of the role. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or university graduate in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience in operations. * Experience in payment methods — acquiring and issuing (Visa, Mastercard, Culqi, Niubiz, Openpay). * Knowledge of card issuance. * Payment authorization flow and loyalty (points redemption and interest-free installments). * Knowledge of clearing and settlement. * Data exploitation and efficiency management skills. * AI proficiency. * Soft skills: teamwork, proactivity, adaptability, decision-making, customer orientation, negotiation. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
