Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate Prepress Operator to create artwork, digital files, and imposition, ensuring quality and security while serving as a liaison with customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for creating artwork, digital files, and imposition. 2. Maintaining service relationships with internal and external customers. 3. We handle secure and innovative processes by applying **agile methodologies** in the development of **projects** for Peru's leading clients in the Utility, Banking & Finance, and Retail sectors, supporting them in their **Digital Transformation** journey. \_ **Experience Our Fibra E Culture!**\_ **We seek passionate talents to:** * Create artwork, digital files, and imposition according to the customer’s request specified in the work order, ensuring product quality and security. * **Your responsibilities will include:** * Delivering service and educating customers according to production requirements. * Building and maintaining service relationships with internal and external customers. * Identifying opportunities to add value to our service for internal and external customers. * Identifying customer needs through accurate review of emails, artwork requests, route sheets, and/or production orders. * Serving as the liaison between the customer and the company’s production department. * Using specifications and parameters identified in customer-provided emails, artwork requests, route sheets, and/or production orders to define appropriate production procedures and processes. * Documenting and compiling only the necessary information about the job (production order, emails, route sheet, prepress workflow, artwork requests, color proofs, job observations, etc.). * Documenting customer-requested changes and communicating their impact on the final product. * Advising customers on the most suitable alternative production techniques for developing their product. * Verifying specifications contained in the work order, route sheet, and emails (technical specifications). * Creating artwork, imposition, and digital files per customer requirements, using various programs, workflows, and security software (Adobe, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Corel Draw, Preps Imposition software, and other security programs as required). * Managing digital files and analog materials delivered by the customer. * Editing images to meet customer technical specifications. * Assembling page elements according to layout. * Reviewing files to detect and correct errors against the original. * Adding bleed to files per printing requirements and obtaining outputs as instructed by the customer. * Performing other related or complementary duties as directed by your immediate supervisor. **What do we look for in your profile?** * Technical degree in Prepress – Graphic Design or related field is desirable. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Prepress Operator (Prepress – CTP). * Availability to work at the ATE site (near Santa Anita Mall). **And soft skills?** * We count on your ability to communicate effectively at all levels and work in an ORGANIZED and PLANNED manner within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. **What benefits will you receive?** * Benefits in accordance with the law. * A pleasant working environment. * DPS Club, a platform offering benefits and discounts. * Dr. Auna Plan Pro medical insurance (Teleconsultation coverage applicable for employee, parents, children, and spouse) at 100%. * Profit sharing. * Professional development (Opportunities for vertical and/or horizontal growth). * Holiday activations (per calendar).
