Being part of a solid and prestigious institution A prominent higher education institution is seeking a **Communication Intern** to join its Communications Directorate team. **Job Objective** Provide support in content creation for various institutional channels, contributing to the dissemination of the institution’s activities and strengthening its institutional reputation through the production of written, graphic, and audiovisual content. **Requirements** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Audiovisual Communication, Communication Sciences, or related fields. * **Prior experience (pre-professional internships, volunteer work, or university projects) in content creation, institutional communication, digital media, or social media management is desirable.** * Coursework in writing, graphic design, photography, photo/video editing, or related areas is desirable. * Excellent writing and spelling skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Artificial Intelligence tools, and design/editing software. * Availability to work on-site in Miraflores, Monday through Friday. **We are looking for someone who:** * Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal interaction skills. * Is communicative, proactive, and creative. * Easily builds relationships and collaborates effectively within teams. * Is organized and responsible in carrying out assigned tasks. * Demonstrates initiative in contributing ideas and proposing new communication approaches. * Is open to learning, receiving feedback, and developing new competencies. * Is committed to work quality and strives to deliver their best in every project. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in producing content for institutional channels. * Participate in covering and disseminating academic and institutional events. * Collaborate in managing social media and other digital platforms (e.g., recording and editing short videos, designing simple graphics, scheduling and publishing content, monitoring digital trends and formats that may enrich the strategy). * Support organizing and updating the Communications Directorate’s content and asset repository (photos, videos, and other audiovisual resources). **Working Hours**: Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **We Offer** * Minimum living wage compensation. * Continuous learning and professional mentoring. * Pleasant work environment. * Opportunity to be part of a solid and prestigious higher education institution.
