Opportunity for students or graduates in Human Resources **Job Description** ---------------------- Support in Talent Attraction activities across Falabella businesses * Updating databases, attendance records, vacation schedules, and contracts. * Reviewing attendance, overtime hours, and incidents. * Preparing and tracking contracts, renewals, and official letters. * Addressing employee inquiries. * Conducting exit surveys. * Supporting new employee onboarding (photo check, access credentials, and documentation). * Assisting in well-being, integration, and internal communication activities. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Psychology, Business Administration, or related field: recent graduate or final-year student * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools * Prior internship experience in Human Resources (preferred).
