





We are currently seeking top talent for the position of **RECEPTIONIST** for one of our partners in the district of **SAN BARTOLO**, who will ensure efficient and courteous service to guests. **Functions:** Carry out the check-in and check-out process by applying established policies and procedures. Attend to guest requests Handle and resolve guest complaints Answer incoming internal and external phone calls to the hotel Manage, create, and confirm reservations Provide customer service as required Perform additional tasks assigned by the direct supervisor **Requirements:** Technical or university degree, or final-year student in hotel administration, hospitality and tourism, or related fields.
