At **SYNOPSIS**, we are looking for a **Technical Leader** with solid experience in software development, solution architecture, and cloud technologies to lead strategic initiatives within a highly regulated banking environment. If you are passionate about software architecture, microservices, cloud-native solutions, and technical mentoring of development teams, this opportunity is for you. **Work Modality** * Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days remote) at the Miraflores office, Lima * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:30 a.m. to 06:30 p.m. **Job Objective** To technically lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions for digital transformation projects, ensuring compliance with architectural, security, quality, and development best practice standards. You will be responsible for providing technical guidance to the team, defining implementation guidelines, overseeing code quality, and ensuring proper adoption of cloud-native architectures across the bank's technology ecosystem. **Key Responsibilities** * Technically lead the development team throughout the entire software lifecycle. * Design and implement solutions based on Clean Architecture and Hexagonal Architecture principles. * Oversee backend application development using Java 17+ and Quarkus. * Guide frontend development with React.js and support mobile initiatives using React Native. * Design REST APIs and microservice-based architectures. * Define quality, security, and development standards. * Lead implementations on AWS and serverless solutions. * Supervise CI/CD pipelines and continuous integration and deployment processes. * Promote best practices in Git, code reviews, and version control. * Ensure software quality through unit testing, static analysis, and vulnerability remediation. * Review technical documentation, functional specifications, and API contracts. * Provide technical mentorship and support to developers. * Coordinate with Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, QA, and business units to ensure successful implementation. **Mandatory Requirements — Backend and Architecture** * More than 5 years of experience with Java 17+ and Quarkus. * Solid experience in REST API and microservice design. * More than 5 years of experience with Clean Architecture, Hexagonal Architecture, MVVM, and GoF design patterns. **Frontend** * More than 5 years of experience with React.js. * Knowledge of React Hooks, state management, and event handling. * 1–2 years of experience with React Native. **Cloud and DevOps** * 3–5 years of experience with AWS. * Familiarity with CloudWatch, Step Functions, and Secrets Manager. * Experience with AWS Lambda and serverless architectures. * Experience with CI/CD, Git, and change control. * Advanced knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes. **Quality and Security** * Experience with unit testing and automated validations. * Proficiency with SonarQube, Veracode, and vulnerability remediation. * Experience in technical documentation and API specification. **Additional Requirements** * Prior experience in banking or regulated environments (mandatory). * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, or related fields. **We Are Looking For Professionals With** * Technical leadership capability. * Results-oriented mindset. * Analytical and strategic thinking. * Strong communication and mentoring skills. * Focus on quality, security, and continuous improvement. * Ability to make high-impact architectural decisions.
