Job Description Mission: Collaborate and support projects carried out by your business unit/department, in accordance with guidelines provided by your supervisor, to improve both decision-making and project execution processes through your work, and to add professional value to internal customers. Sub-function responsible for the organization’s financial status and financing policy, including evaluation of credit applications and outstanding credit. Key activities include: applying acceptable credit lines and payment terms to new customer and/or supplier accounts; collecting and maintaining customer accounts and tracking them; resolving and escalating overdue accounts; optimizing treasury cash flows; ensuring short- and long-term liquidity; hedging foreign currency transactions. Candidate Requirements Responsibilities: * Update and record charge and credit transactions in the SAP system. * Analyze accounts payable for control purposes. * Monitor monthly payments. * Prepare payment templates for bank platforms. * Track invoices payable. * Coordinate and schedule payments with suppliers. * Manage petty cash controls. * Perform monthly bank reconciliations. * Comply with the Internal Work Regulations and Occupational Safety and Health Regulations. * Attend trainings and/or seminars scheduled or communicated by the company. * Immediately report accidents or incidents occurring during working hours. * Carry out other duties and/or activities assigned by your immediate supervisor. Requirements: * Accounting Technician qualification. * Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in the position. * Willingness to relocate among the three offices: VES, SJL, ATE, and San Isidro.
