




**Job Objective:** Prepare and serve beverages and cocktails to standards of quality, speed, and presentation, enhancing the maritime gastronomic experience and delivering courteous and personalized service to customers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare classic beverages and traditional Peruvian cocktails (e.g., pisco sour, chilcano, algarrobina). * Create refreshing drinks that harmonize with fish and seafood. * Keep the bar clean, organized, and properly stocked. * Monitor supplies, glassware, and bar utensils. * Serve customers with kindness, respect, and effective communication. * Comply with hygiene, safety, and food-handling regulations. * Assist in developing or suggesting house beverages. * Coordinate with kitchen and dining room for seamless service. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender (preferably in cevicherías or restaurants). * Basic knowledge of classic and Peruvian mixology. * Proficient handling of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. * Familiarity with hygiene standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
