More info: http://coderio.com We are looking for a **Full Stack Technical Lead with expertise in Node.js (NestJS), React, Next.js, and microservice architectures**, responsible for driving technical quality of solutions, defining development standards, and supporting the team in resolving complex challenges. Required location: Candidates must be residents of Peru only. ### **What You Can Expect from This Role (Responsibilities)** * Design and implement scalable microservice-based architectures. * Develop and maintain full stack applications using Node.js (NestJS), React, and Next.js. * Promote best practices through code reviews, testing, and CI/CD. * Manage deployments on AWS using Docker and Kubernetes. * Optimize application and database performance. * Collaborate with product and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals. * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. ### **Mandatory Requirements** * 5+ years of experience in software and scalable web application development. * Experience serving as a technical lead or mentor within development teams. * Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js (NestJS), React, and Next.js. * Experience in microservice architecture, REST APIs, and design patterns. * Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS. * Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, BigQuery). * Experience with testing, CI/CD, and tools such as GitHub Actions. * Familiarity with messaging and event systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Pub/Sub, or similar). * Experience working in Agile methodologies and coordinating with stakeholders. ### **Nice-to-Have** * Experience with Angular or Vue.js. * Knowledge of performance optimization and scalability for high-traffic applications. * Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Metabase, or other monitoring tools. * Familiarity with event-driven architectures and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC). **Benefits** 100% remote Long-term commitment, with autonomy and impact Strategic and highly visible role within a modern engineering culture Collaborative international team and strong technical leadership Career development and growth opportunities within Coderio **Why Join Coderio?** At Coderio, we value talent regardless of location.
