Profile Requirements * **Education:** Technical or university studies in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** With or without experience * **Tools:** Intermediate Excel proficiency and familiarity with warehouse management systems. * **Soft Skills:** Assertive communication, empathy, strong teamwork ability, and adaptability to diverse environments. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Report daily logistics activities to the logistics team, attaching relevant photographs. * Immediately report any incidents. * Record material inflows and outflows on warehouse cards. * Supply required items to departments upon request. * Handle documentation such as invoices or shipping guides. * Conduct periodic inventories of warehouse materials. * Receive and dispatch materials. * Coordinate with suppliers. * Obtain quotations for requested products.
