Position Summary: We are seeking an Architect to supervise finishing works for retail and office projects, with experience in quantity take-offs, budgeting, quotations, and quality control. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in supervision of finishing works for retail, offices, and clubs 2. Preparation of quantity take-offs, budgets, and procurement coordination 3. On-site quality control and direct client interaction **MINIMUM 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN SUPERVISION OF FINISHING WORKS** **IN RETAIL, OFFICES, COWORKING SPACES, AND CLUBS** Bachelor's degree and/or licensed Architect COORDINATION OF SPECIALTY DRAWINGS PREPARATION OF QUANTITY TAKE-OFFS AND BUDGETS QUOTATIONS AND PROCUREMENT COORDINATION ON-SITE QUALITY CONTROL (FINISHING WORKS) CONTRACTOR WORK VALUATIONS Strong communication skills, direct client interaction, and ability to define and propose finishing solutions.
