We prioritize quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Review architectural drawings, technical specifications, and quantity take-offs. * Support in reviewing technical bid documents. * Prepare budgets and quantity take-offs. * Update drawings in AutoCAD and Revit. * Support in unit price analysis. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Architecture student in final semesters or graduate, or related field. * Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and/or similar software. * Responsible, punctual, proactive, and eager to learn.
