Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive, organized, and committed professional to support the production area by inspecting and verifying the quality of textile products, identifying defects, and contributing to continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Support in textile production and quality control. 2. Inspection and verification of quality standards for textile products. 3. Contribution to the continuous improvement of production processes. We are a company dedicated to manufacturing alpaca garments and are currently seeking a proactive, organized, and committed individual to provide support in the production area. Requirements: · Graduate of a technical or professional program in Textile Quality Control or related fields. · Candidates with proven experience in textile companies—particularly in weaving, garment manufacturing, or quality control—are also welcome. · Knowledge of textile product inspection and quality criteria. · Ability to identify defects and prepare inspection reports. · Responsibility, orderliness, attention to detail, and teamwork skills. Responsibilities: · Inspect product quality in the weaving area. · Verify compliance with technical specifications and quality standards. · Identify, record, and report defects or non-conformities during the production process. · Monitor quality in post-weaving processes. · Coordinate with Production to correct observations and prevent recurrence. · Prepare quality control records and reports. · Contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes.
