We are currently looking for a Bakery Assistant to join our team in the district of Lince. Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience as a certified bakery assistant. Practical knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and machinery operation. Availability to work in Lince. Availability to work morning shifts. Valid health certificate for food handling (desirable or mandatory). Main Responsibilities: Main Responsibility 1\. Receiving and weighing raw materials. Main Responsibility 2\. Monitoring dough fermentation. Main Responsibility 3\. Direct tasks assigned by the master baker. Maintaining order and deep cleaning of the work area according to sanitary regulations.
