Order preparation according to orders and technical specifications **Responsibilities:** * Prepare beverages applying good food handling practices, adhering to hotel operational procedures and culture. * Receive the day's order from the warehouse department. * Perform mise en place in the work area. * Complete the performance report form according to production output. * Prepare orders as specified in the order slips while adhering to technical specifications. * Conduct daily inventory of the assigned area. **Requirements:** * Experience in hotels and restaurants. * More than 2 years in a similar position Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,130\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
