Job Summary: We are seeking a Cashier and Billing Supervisor for a cafeteria, responsible for service billing, cash management, and coordination with production and kitchen departments. Customer service and resolution of menu-related inquiries We are looking for a Cashier and Billing Supervisor for the cafeteria of a concession located in Santa Cruz, Ica. **JOB DESCRIPTION:** **Main responsibilities include:** * Collecting payments for services via various payment methods and issuing official receipts (invoices/receipts) in accordance with current regulations. * Performing cash register opening, closing, and cash counts, ensuring physical cash matches system records and immediately reporting any discrepancies. * Completing sales forms and consolidating the number of meals served to reconcile data with the production department. * Informing customers about prices and the daily menu, as well as managing complaints or suggestions by forwarding them to the relevant departments (Quality or Kitchen). * Maintaining constant communication with the kitchen and dining area to monitor dish availability and prevent service errors. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * 4:00 AM to 4:00 PM. * Monday through Saturday. **BENEFITS** * Starting salary of S/.1,500 plus campaign-increase bonuses. * *Statutory labor benefits*: CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), Bonuses, Family Allowance. * In addition to Essalud coverage, the company commits to providing *Mandatory Life Insurance and SCTR* in case of any unfortunate incident occurring within company facilities or during work-related activities. * *100% meal provision* covered by the company. * *Accommodation rooms available in central Santa Cruz.* **REQUIREMENTS** * Must be over 18 years of age. * Technical or university studies in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions, preferably in the food or retail sector. * Proficiency in Excel (basic/intermediate), experience with billing systems (POS), and strong numerical calculation skills. * Excellent customer service skills, responsibility, and integrity.
