Job Summary: Construction Coordinator for multifamily projects, responsible for scheduling, field control, materials and equipment management, and quality and progress monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Manages daily scheduling and graphical field control. 2. Controls warehouse stock and coordinates equipment delivery. 3. Supports the generation of daily plans and reports progress. **Position:** Construction Coordinator (Production) **Profile:** Bachelor's degree or graduate in **ARCHITECTURE or CIVIL ENGINEERING** **Experience:** 6 months to 1+ years of experience **Requirement:** Prior work experience on multifamily projects **Responsibilities:** * Provide field information to refine scheduling accurately. * Complete daily graphical control forms in the field and production room; alert about potential deviations. * Collaborate in generating the lifting plan; notify restrictions applicable to one's work front. * Provide requested field information; ensure implementation of the established strategy. * Monitor warehouse stock; manage projected consumables data to forecast remaining storage material lifespan. * Generate (daily) reservations and adjustable allocations within the daily time slot assigned to each work front. * Prepare requisitions for review; track scheduled deliveries. * Monitor equipment arrival and ensure their proper and consistent use. * Control equipment and material return dates and conditions, ensuring correct return. * Support daily crane usage planning through timely information and daily feedback. * Participate in meetings to support daily deliverable generation as required. * Report locations and crews assigned to various activities on one's work front; ensure required working procedures and conditions are met. * Report any procedural deviations or poor crew/personnel performance. * Provide feedback and support to monthly, weekly, and daily scheduling; disseminate schedules across respective work fronts. * Conduct field follow-up on Quality-generated observations; report disagreements based on tolerances, and report compliance status at end of shift. * Support recruitment of construction workers. * Verify workplace conditions before and after subcontractor departure. * Prepare valuations (weekly) * Executive weekly progress report * Complete ATS form * Continuous coordination with Production and Quality departments * Completion of release protocols. **Working Hours:** ⏰ Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM ⏰ Saturdays: 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM **Office Location:** Calle Cinco 111 \- San Isidro Employment Type: Full-time on-site position Compensation: Between S/.1,700\.00 and S/.1,800\.00 Employment Regime: REMYPE \- Microenterprise (no bonus or CTS) Benefits: * Fifteen (15\) days of vacation (per year) * SIS enrollment (if already enrolled in EsSalud, that enrollment will be canceled and replaced with SIS MYPE enrollment) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,700\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you available to work both at the office (San Isidro) and on-site at the construction project? * Our benefits include 15 days of vacation and SIS insurance — do you agree with these terms? * Are you available to work Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturdays from 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM? * What are your salary expectations?
