Positive work environment **Portento Ingeniería y Construcción SACS** is looking for a committed, responsible, and service-oriented **Construction Worker** to join our team on renovation and construction projects in Lima. Work Location: On-site employment Main Responsibilities * Execute construction work in accordance with drawings and technical specifications. * Perform masonry, finishing, and support tasks across various site activities. * Properly handle construction tools and equipment. * Comply with established quality and safety procedures on site. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the assigned work area. * Support other tasks assigned by the site resident or supervisor. Requirements * Minimum 2 years of experience as a construction worker. * Knowledge of masonry, plastering, tiling, concrete pouring, and finishing (preferred). * Ability to work effectively in a team and meet established deadlines. * Responsible, punctual, and proactive. * Availability to work in Metropolitan Lima and, if required, travel to provincial areas.
