Position Summary: We are seeking customer service staff for the lounge area at a leading entertainment company, responsible for verifying, serving, and providing quality service to customers, as well as maintaining the workplace environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. High-quality customer service and attention to establishment patrons 2. Providing excellent service to special guests 3. Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace HR Cambridge is currently recruiting Customer Service Lounge Staff for a market-leading entertainment company located in San Juan de Miraflores\-Lima. REQUIREMENTS: \- Completed secondary education. \- Prior customer service experience is desirable. \- Availability to work rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, or night. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Daily verification and service of customers visiting the establishment, consulting them on their food and/or beverage preferences during their stay. \- Providing excellent service to the company’s and/or General Management’s special guests, offering complimentary beverages as directed by the immediate supervisor. \- Processing customer orders received via reception. \- Cleaning the assigned workplace area and arranging necessary supplies with appropriate order, cleanliness, and quality to ensure a positive image. \- Complying with and enforcing provisions outlined in the Gambling Addiction Prevention Plan and related procedures.
