We are seeking a Digital Printing Operator to join our textile production team. The selected candidate will be responsible for operating digital printing machines, preparing garments, managing print files, and ensuring the quality of the final product. Key Responsibilities * Operate DTG (Direct-to-Garment), DTF, or similar printing machines. * Prepare, align, and pre-treat garments for proper printing. * Review and load digital designs. * Monitor print quality and garment finishing. * Perform basic maintenance on printing machines. * Meet established production deadlines. Requirements * Prior experience in digital garment printing (preferred but not mandatory). * Proficiency in handling digital files (PNG, JPG, PDF). * Responsibility, punctuality, and good manual coordination. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
