Job Summary: We are seeking digital customer service specialists to handle inquiries, supervise AI chatbots, and enhance online customer service processes. Key Highlights: 1. Digital customer service via WhatsApp, chatbot, and platforms. 2. Supervision and updating of AI-powered chatbots. 3. Coordination with other departments to improve digital customer service processes. We seek individuals with **strong communication skills, customer orientation, and proficiency in using digital tools**, to deliver service via WhatsApp, chatbots, and other digital channels. **Main Responsibilities** * Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, chatbot, and digital platforms. * Supervise and update AI chatbot responses and conversation flows. * Resolve inquiries regarding company services and escalate cases requiring specialized attention. * Update the chatbot knowledge base and response library. * Monitor service quality and response times, identifying opportunities for improvement. * Log incidents and generate customer service reports. * Coordinate with other departments to improve digital customer service processes. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or related fields. * 1–2 years of experience in customer service, digital support, or virtual channels. * Experience handling customer interactions via chat, WhatsApp, or social media. * Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, CRM systems, and customer service platforms. * Knowledge of **AI and chatbots**. * Strong writing, spelling, and communication skills. * Organization, empathy, proactivity, and customer orientation.
