Responsibility, leadership, and order **IMALOG SAC is seeking a Fixed Asset Inventory Supervisor** We are currently looking for a professional to participate in a **2-day physical fixed asset inventory project**. What are we looking for? * Prior experience supervising physical inventories or inventory teams. * Experience in inventorying **fixed assets and/or heritage assets**. * Ability to organize, assign, and supervise staff during fieldwork. * Verify accurate counting, identification, registration, and labeling of assets. * Identify and report discrepancies, incidents, and unlocated assets. * Basic/intermediate Excel proficiency. * Responsibility, leadership, order, and ability to work under pressure. * Availability to work on-site for the **2-day duration of the project**. Main Responsibilities * Coordinate and supervise the inventory team. * Assign zones and fieldwork activities. * Verify the quality and progress of physical inventory taking. * Resolve inventory-related incidents and report them promptly. * Monitor adherence to methodology and scheduled timelines. * Conduct closure and consolidation of field-collected data.
