We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of **KITCHEN ASSISTANT** for our mining camp operation. **GENERAL VACANCY INFORMATION** * **Position Title:** General Assistant * **Department:** Operations / Cleaning and Kitchen * **Location / Operation:** Ares Caylloma Mining Camp * **Work Schedule:** **14x7** **MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITY LINE** Ensure cleanliness, disinfection, and order of assigned areas, equipment, utensils, and tableware, supporting waste management, dishwashing, and logistical tasks related to unloading supplies, while complying with the company’s quality and safety standards. **GENERAL AND SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS** * Perform daily cleaning of the assigned area in accordance with company standards. * Carry out cleaning and disinfection tasks for equipment, utensils, and assigned areas. * Maintain order of equipment, utensils, and workspaces. * Collect waste from assigned areas. * Scrape food trays, separating food/liquid waste from tableware and classifying the latter by type (plates, glasses, cutlery, etc.). * Manually wash pre-scraped tableware and utensils using the assigned detergent, controlling quantities according to the washing procedure. * Clean the kitchen and service line. * Perform weekly or contract-scheduled bleaching of all tableware, glasses, and trays. * Execute deep cleaning of the area and storage center. * Support unloading of biweekly and monthly supplies from delivery vans. * Assist in various areas as assigned based on operational requirements. **POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND PROFILE** * **Education:** Completed secondary education. * **Experience:** Minimum experience in similar or related fields (cleaning, food concessionaires, restaurants, or mining camps). * **Documentation:** Valid health certificate. * **Availability:** Willingness to work under the 14x7 or 6x1\ schedule. * **Competency and Skills Profile:** * Strong communication skills. * Adaptability to change. * Teamwork. * Responsibility. **WE OFFER:** * Market-competitive salary. * Production bonus. * Opportunity for professional growth and development. * Food and accommodation coverage at the mining camp. * Excellent working climate.
