Opportunity to work in a patient-supportive environment. **HEALTH SECTOR \- NORTH ZONE** We are looking for a **Hospitality Assistant** to provide support in the care and experience of hospitalized patients. **Requirements:** * Completed technical or university studies in ***Hotel Administration, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.*** * Minimum experience of ***6 months to 1 year*** in similar positions, preferably within the health and/or insurance sector. * Knowledge of customer service, service quality, conflict management, and complaint and claim resolution. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, preferred. * Availability to work in the North Zone. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise room cleanliness, order, and safety conditions. * Provide care and guidance to patients and their families. * Follow up on requests, inquiries, complaints, and claims. * Verify proper operation and maintenance of equipment and facilities. * Report incidents and propose service improvements. * Coordinate with involved departments to ensure an appropriate patient experience. **Profile:** Organized, empathetic, service-oriented individual with problem-solving ability, effective communication skills, and tolerance for working under pressure. **Location:** Independencia **Schedule:** Rotating **Modality:** On-site **Apply now and join our team.** Salary: S/.1,150\.00 \- S/.1,200\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
