We comply with the most stringent national and international technical standards for prevention and response to incidents and emergencies across all types of buildings and facilities. **Primary Responsibility** Provide operational and technical support in the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the integrated management system, aligned with standards such as ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety), and ISO 14001 (environment) in an integrated manner. **Specific Responsibilities** * Maintain the certified Integrated Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001 requirements\. * Promote awareness and benefits of the Integrated Management System, including aspects of quality, safety, and environment. * Conduct periodic Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) inspections and verify compliance with environmental regulations. * Supervise training programs and verify compliance with inspections of first-aid equipment and PPEs, aligned with quality and safety standards. * Prepare documents for accreditations and homologations, integrating requirements from all three ISO standards. * Update the context analysis and interested parties register of the Management System, considering risks and opportunities related to quality, safety, and environment. * Plan internal audits and manage nonconformities, ensuring continuous improvement across all three systems. * Manage documents and records of the Quality, Safety, and Environmental Management System. * Coordinate external audits and report system performance to General Management, highlighting compliance with all three ISO standards. * Perform other duties related to the IMS, ensuring integration of quality, safety, and environmental management systems. **Minimum Requirements** \-Education: Completed or nearing completion of university or technical studies in Environmental, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering \-Training: Course, seminar, or diploma in management systems (desirable) \-Work Experience: No prior experience required \-Other Skills: Basic English and Google Workspace (optional) **We Offer** * A dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Opportunities for learning and professional development. * Recognition for results and commitment * Formal employment registration from day one Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,200\.00 per month Work Location: On-site
