Position Summary: We are seeking a Construction Supervision Manager to ensure technical, administrative, and legal compliance of construction contracts, including review of technical files, preparation of reports, and progress management. Coordination with contractors and participation in project handover **CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION MANAGER** **Employment Type:** Service Contract (Independent) **Work Location:** Abancay, Apurímac **Compensation:** S/ 10,000\.00 per month **Duration:** 90 calendar days (with possibility of renewal) **Requirements** * **Civil Engineer or Architect**, duly licensed, registered with the professional association, and authorized to practice. * **Minimum 6 years of experience** as Resident Engineer, Supervisor, Supervision Manager, Project Director or Manager, Construction Inspector during execution, or Chief Engineer on public and/or private construction projects. * Experience counted from date of professional registration. * Proficiency in MS Project. * Knowledge of the Regulation of the Public Procurement Law and current OSCE regulations. * Willingness to reside in Abancay for the duration of the contract. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise technical, administrative, and legal compliance of the construction contract. * Review the technical file and issue an initial report. * Submit weekly and monthly progress reports. * Prepare and approve monthly progress valuations and adjustments. * Monitor the construction progress schedule (CPM / MS Project). * Manage the digital construction logbook (Directive No. 009\-2020\-OSCE/CD). * Verify and approve quality protocols, tests, and inspections. * Coordinate with the executing contractor and report to the supervising company. * Participate in project handover and issue the final report. **We Offer** * Compensation: **S/ 10,000\.00 per month**. * **Field allowances fully covered** by the company. * Service contract with possibility of renewal. * 8% income tax withholding (fourth category). * Payment within 5 days after submission and approval of corresponding monthly documentation.
