Therefore, we invite you to apply for our Project Manager selection process. **FUNCTIONS:** Carry out duties through direct and ongoing coordination with senior management personnel. Monitor adherence to manufacturing schedules, with particular focus on milestones across all activities throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare periodic project progress reports for submission to the client and Industrial Operations Management. Request updated arrival reports for major equipment from Planning. Identify critical procurement routes and coordinate with Logistics to procure overdue materials via air freight, defining who will bear the additional freight cost. Coordinate with TCO on additional budget allocation for freight changes, which will be submitted to the client for approval. If the client approves the proposal, manage the purchase order (PO). Convene meetings to define actions in response to issues or events delaying project delivery. Monitor quality control processes to ensure compliance with client quality requirements when mandated by the project.
