Knowledge of food hygiene and handling * DESCRIPTION: We are currently seeking highly qualified personnel to fill the position of KITCHEN ASSISTANT for a CHICKEN RESTAURANT / GRILL in Surco. REQUIREMENTS: * MANDATORY: Minimum 1 year of experience. * BONUS: Prior experience working with brands such as Rockys, Norkys, San Antonio, Don Mamino, Sarcletti, Delicass, Bocatta, etc. * Customer-service oriented, team player, and proactive. * Valid Health Certificate (Carnet de Sanidad) for Metropolitan Lima or Surco. * Knowledge of food hygiene and handling regulations. * Immediate availability. * BENEFITS: * Formal employment registration (MYPE). * 100% covered meals. SALARY: * Base salary: PEN 1200 \+ PEN 100 (Performance bonus) SCHEDULE: * Full-time. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday on rotating shifts, with one day off per week. Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite Salary: PEN 1,300\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
