Positive work environment **KITCHEN ASSISTANT – PRODUCTION WORKSHOP (SURCO)** We are a company dedicated to producing artisanal pasta and are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our production team. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in product preparation and production. * Perform weighing, portioning, and packaging tasks. * Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas. * Comply with established hygiene and quality procedures. * Support various activities within the production workshop. **Requirements:** * Basic kitchen knowledge. Prior experience is not required; we provide training to candidates willing to learn. * Responsible, organized, and punctual individual. * Attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Availability to work in Surco. **We Offer:** * Salary: S/ 1,300 monthly. * Enrollment in MYPE payroll (special labor regime for small businesses): includes 15 days of annual vacation and access to social health insurance (EsSalud). Does not include CTS or bonuses. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 h, and Saturdays, 10:00–13:00 h (48 hours per week). * Positive work environment. * Training in our production processes.
