Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support the production of artisanal pasta, performing tasks such as preparation, weighing, portioning, and packaging, while maintaining order and cleanliness, and adhering to hygiene and quality procedures. Positive work environment **KITCHEN ASSISTANT – PRODUCTION WORKSHOP (SURCO)** We are a company dedicated to producing artisanal pasta and are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our production team. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in product preparation and production. * Perform weighing, portioning, and packaging tasks. * Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas. * Comply with established hygiene and quality procedures. * Support various activities within the production workshop. **Requirements:** * Basic kitchen knowledge. Prior experience is not required; we provide training to candidates willing to learn. * Responsible, organized, and punctual individual. * Attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Availability to work in Surco. **We Offer:** * Salary: S/ 1,300 monthly. * Enrollment in MYPE payroll (special labor regime for small businesses): includes 15 days of annual vacation and access to social health insurance (EsSalud). Does not include CTS or bonuses. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 h, and Saturdays, 10:00–13:00 h (48 hours per week). * Positive work environment. * Training in our production processes.
