Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant with experience in Criolla, Northern, Seafood, Oriental, and Fusion cuisines, to prepare soups, appetizers, and à la carte dishes. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience in Criolla, Northern, Seafood, Oriental, and Fusion cuisines 2. Preparation of soups, cold and hot appetizers, and à la carte dishes 3. Knowledge of food preservation according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and sanitary regulations Kitchen Assistant A Kitchen Assistant is required for Criolla, Northern, Seafood, Oriental, and Fusion cuisines, with proven experience, to prepare soups, cold and hot appetizers for lunches, and à la carte dishes, with knowledge of food preservation according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and sanitary regulations. Salary: PEN 1,400–1,700 per month, depending on experience Day off: 1 day per week Experience: Minimum 2 years Employment type: Full-time Availability to work rotating shifts Education: Technical degree in Gastronomy (preferred) Immediate availability.
