Job Summary: We are seeking proactive and responsible Laundry Operators to join our team, responsible for washing, drying, sorting, and organizing hotel textile items. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform hotel laundry washing and drying 2. Maintain cleanliness and order in the laundry area 3. Comply with safety, hygiene, and quality standards A hospitality industry company is currently seeking Laundry Operators to join our workforce. **Responsibilities** * Wash and dry bed linens, towels, table linens, and other hotel textile items. * Sort garments by type, color, and degree of soiling prior to washing. * Operate washing machines, dryers, and auxiliary equipment properly. * Fold, organize, and store clean garments according to established procedures. * Inspect garments’ condition and report any damage or issues detected. * Maintain cleanliness and order in the laundry area and assigned equipment. * Comply with company-established safety, hygiene, and quality standards. * Carry out duties ensuring proper garment care and correct use of allocated resources. **Requirements** * Proactive, responsible, and committed individual. * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months of experience in industrial or hotel laundries, or similar positions (preferred). * Good physical condition and willingness to perform operational tasks. * Availability to work in the district of La Victoria. * Availability to work paid overtime as stipulated by law. **Employment Conditions** * Salary: S/ 1,300\.00\. **Schedule:** * Rotating shifts **Benefits** * Formal payroll registration from day one under the MYPE regime. * All statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacation leave). * Overtime pay in accordance with the law. * Free access to recreational centers Club Dionys and Club Toboganes de Santa Ana for the employee and one companion. **Work Location:** La Victoria, Lima. **Apply now and become part of our team!** Salary: S/.1,300\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
