Supervises inventory control and technical documentation VACANCY: **LOGISTICS COORDINATOR** **Climaxi Ingenieros** is seeking a **Logistics Coordinator**, responsible for comprehensively managing the company’s procurement, purchasing, distribution, and inventory to ensure operational continuity and timely project supply. Main Responsibilities * Centralize, validate, and promptly address operational and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) requirements issued by Site Supervisors and OHS Officers. * Manage the purchasing process, including supplier search, evaluation, and negotiation; prepare comparative tables; and ensure optimal commercial terms. * Issue and track Purchase Orders (POs) and Service Orders (SOs), and coordinate import and export processes for materials and machinery. * Plan and coordinate the mobilization and demobilization of equipment, materials, and tools to various projects. * Supervise inventory control, Kardex registration, and physical inventory counts at central and temporary warehouses. * Ensure dispatched materials are accompanied by all required technical documentation (Waybills, quality certificates, technical specifications, and Safety Data Sheets \- MSDS) for quality dossier preparation. * Coordinate with the Administration and Finance Management team on supplier payment scheduling and report project logistics expenses. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related fields. * Preferably **1–2 years of experience** leading logistics or procurement processes, serving as a Logistics Coordinator, Logistics Manager, Supply Chain Supervisor, or similar roles. * Prior experience preferred in construction, mining, or specialized engineering contracting firms. * Desirable specialization in Supply Chain Management or Integrated Logistics.
