CONSTRUCTION MASTER - BUILDINGS

Description

We are looking for a **Construction Master** with proven experience in building and infrastructure projects for educational institutions. The candidate will be responsible for leading and supervising field operations, ensuring compliance with schedules, quality, safety, and technical specifications of the project. **Requirements** * **Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering** and/or **Technical Degree in Civil Construction**. * **Minimum of 2 years' experience** in building and educational infrastructure projects. * Basic knowledge of **AutoCAD**. * Knowledge of **construction scheduling** (Last Planner, Timelines, Gantt charts, etc.). * Knowledge of **basic surveying**. * Knowledge of **mix design** and **quantity takeoffs**. * Knowledge of **plumbing and electrical installations**. * Ability to read and interpret **blueprints, measurements, and technical specifications**. * Proficiency in **reinforcement work, structures, formwork, and steel splicing**. * Knowledge of the **complete construction process** (earthmoving, foundations, structures, masonry, finishes, installations, safety, and quality). * Basic **Excel** skills for reporting. * Experience leading work crews.
