Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to inspect, repair, and maintain equipment and facilities—including electrical panels and structures—at a plant. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform periodic inspections of equipment and physical parameters. 2. Carry out repairs and preventive maintenance of machinery and facilities. 3. Conduct inspection and maintenance of electrical panels. We are currently recruiting personnel for our company: ***"Maintenance Assistant"*** Responsibilities: 1.1. Perform periodic inspections of the operational status of plant equipment, as well as physical parameters controlling their operation (pressures, temperatures, oil levels, amperages, etc.). 1.2. Carry out repairs and preventive maintenance of machinery, including replacement of defective accessories, assembly and disassembly of mechanical components, belt alignment, and motor megging. 1.3. Carry out repairs and preventive maintenance of facilities in the processing area, including process zones, office environments, warehouses, cafeterias, and adjacent rooms. Tasks performed include general services such as painting, masonry, metalwork, plumbing, etc. 1.4. Conduct inspection and maintenance of control electrical panels (electrical components, protective devices, resistors, electrical connections, among others). 1.5. Perform cutting, welding, and assembly of structural parts that may be installed onto equipment to facilitate operational efficiency and flexibility in production processes. 1.6. Perform other job-related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements** - Technical degree in Industrial Plant Maintenance or Industrial Mechanics, - Experience in the Frozen Food sector or other industrial fields. - Minimum of 6 months’ experience in this position.
