Position Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical and Electrical Engineer for BIM installation modeling, technical drafting, and preparation of technical support documentation. Key Highlights: 1. BIM-based installation modeling 2. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit 3. Participation in design and coordination meetings At GN EIRL, we are looking for a Mechanical and Electrical Engineer. Responsibilities: * Modeling of installations (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, etc.) using BIM methodology. * Technical drafting in AutoCAD and Revit. * Participation in internal and client-facing design or coordination meetings. * Preparation of descriptive reports, technical specifications, and other technical support documents. * Support in reviewing and quality control of technical deliverables. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. - Minimum 6 months of work experience in construction offices (preferred). - Proficiency in design and modeling tools: AutoCAD and Revit at an advanced level. Salary: Starting from S/.3,600.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
