**Job Description:**
A professional responsible for coordinating, supervising, and executing industrial maintenance and metal structure fabrication activities, ensuring technical compliance, safety standards, and quality at every stage of the process.
**Requirements:**
* Mechanical Engineer.
* Minimum **5 years** of industrial maintenance and metalworking experience.
* Knowledge of welding processes (SMAW, MIG, TIG), cutting, assembly, and installation.
* Advanced AutoCAD proficiency and ability to read mechanical/structural drawings.
* Experience in material management, tolerances, and technical standards.
* Preferred experience with mining blasting equipment or components.
* Availability to work in **Lurín**.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Supervise workshop operations: welding, cutting, assembly, and installation.
* Prepare and review mechanical and structural drawings.
* Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
* Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards.
* Prepare technical reports and progress updates.
* Monitor timelines, materials, and production process quality.
