Job Summary: We are seeking a Metal Structure Painter to prepare and paint generator sets and components, ensuring high-quality finishes and compliance with standards. Key Highlights: 1. Maintaining equipment and adhering to safety and quality standards. We are looking for a **Metal Structure Painter** to join our production team. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and painting generator sets, enclosures, chassis, and other metal components, ensuring high-quality finishes and compliance with technical specifications as well as the company's established safety and quality standards. Main Responsibilities * Prepare metal surfaces of generator sets, enclosures, chassis, and components through cleaning, sanding, degreasing, and other pre-painting treatments. * Apply anticorrosive paint, primers, and finish paint on generator sets and their components using conventional and/or airless equipment. * Paint metal structures, bases, fuel tanks, doors, supports, and other parts comprising generator sets. * Verify that the final finish meets the company's established quality, color, thickness, and appearance standards. * Perform touch-ups and paint corrections as necessary before equipment delivery. * Protect and mask components that must not be painted during the process. * Conduct basic maintenance and cleaning of painting equipment and tools. * Comply with safety, quality, and environmental procedures during work execution. * Maintain an organized and clean workplace, ensuring proper storage of paints, solvents, and other supplies. * Support other activities in the production area as required.
