Position Summary: Provide technical-operational support for underground blasting, ensuring execution, safety, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and reporting of blasting operations. 2. Field quality inspection and feedback. 3. Collaboration in resolving operational technical issues. Mission or Objective: Provide technical\-operational support for the preparation, handling, and application of blasting products in underground mining, ensuring correct execution of established procedures, compliance with safety standards, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: * Coordinate all tasks related to blasting zone operations. * Report blasting operation results to the technical assistance team through formal reports. * Inspect blasting activities before, during, and after execution to ensure compliance with established requirements. * Correctly apply technical procedures for rock blasting operations. * Conduct field quality inspections of operations and provide timely feedback to the technical assistance team. * Respond to operational supervisors' and Enaex field team's requests. * Collaborate in resolving operational technical issues arising during rock blasting activities. * Collect customer observations regarding products and/or services and channel them to superiors. * Maintain smooth communication with peers and shift supervisors to ensure continuity of operations. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in underground mining operations. * Mining Technician, Drilling and Blasting Technician, or related field degree. * Knowledge of underground blasting procedures, drilling and loading equipment. * National regulations on explosives and blasting accessories. * Basic knowledge of electronic initiation system instruments (Desirable). * Knowledge of blasting instrumentation (Desirable). * Basic proficiency in MS Office software. * Driver's license A\-IIB (Desirable). * Willingness to work under mining shift schedules.
