Being part of a continuously growing company At Grupo Palais, a Peruvian food and entertainment company based in Lima, we are currently looking for waiters and runners to join our team. We seek dynamic, responsible, and service-oriented individuals committed to delivering an outstanding experience to our customers. We are specifically seeking WAITERS to join our workforce. We look for proactive, responsible individuals with an excellent service attitude, focused on delivering high-quality experiences to our customers. Responsibilities: * Greet and attend to customers in a courteous and professional manner. * Present the menu, promotions, and daily specials. * Accurately take food and beverage orders. * Serve orders respecting timing and service standards. * Verify that orders are complete and properly presented. * Maintain constant communication with the kitchen and bar to expedite service. * Monitor tables throughout service. * Address basic customer inquiries regarding the menu. * Manage bills and assist with the payment process when required. * Keep tables, utensils, and workstations clean and organized. * Assist with setting up and clearing tables. * Restock tableware, napkins, and necessary utensils for operations. * Comply with company-established hygiene, safety, and service protocols. * Assist with opening and closing procedures according to schedule. * Collaborate as a team to ensure a satisfying customer experience. * Report incidents or requests to the shift supervisor. Requirements: * Minimum prior experience of 6 months as a waiter or in customer service (preferred). * Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and friendly demeanor. * Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. * Availability for rotating shifts. * Residence in areas near Lima City Center (preferred). Employment Conditions: * Weekly working hours: 48 hours. * Rotating shifts according to restaurant operations. * One day off per week.
