Trains and evaluates teams in a dynamic environment MEGAPACK TRADING SAC **– is seeking personnel to fill the position of:** **Operations Supervisor – Lima Branch** **(Hybrid, Full-Time) \- Schedule: Monday to Saturday** **Responsibilities** * Continuously coordinate and audit activities carried out in projects and operational branches. * Conduct unannounced visits to all branches and projects, reporting findings directly to management. * Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (productivity, delivery times, losses) nationwide. * Ensure all branches or projects nationwide comply with the same procedural manuals and quality standards. * Design and implement projects that reduce costs, streamline timelines, and mitigate operational risks. * Guarantee strict compliance with Peru’s Occupational Safety and Health Law (Law No. 29783\) and current environmental regulations. * Monitor and control the operational budgets assigned to each region of the country. * Train, motivate, and evaluate the performance of operations leaders in each province. * Participate in technical visits requested by clients. * Issue weekly reports on project and branch monitoring progress. * Perform other duties as assigned by management **Requirements** Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields Minimum experience: 5 years in waste management and maintenance within Mining/Gas/Oil/Services sectors, and similar roles: Operations Supervisor / SSOMA Supervisor / SSOMA Engineer Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards, and safety and environmental regulations Training in hazardous and non-hazardous waste management Training in Suction, Transport, and Disposal of Water and Sludge.
