




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide administrative support in the EHS area, assisting with inspections, documentation management, inventories, and audits, as well as developing training materials. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative support in EHS 2. Support in inspections and SST tool management 3. These products are engineered to meet the evolving needs of the global drilling industry, delivering maximum performance, reliability, and safety under the most demanding conditions. ***Want to learn more about this role?*** Administrative support in the EHS area, including control and archiving of PPE and emergency equipment documentation. * Support in facility and emergency equipment inspections. * Assistance in reviewing SST management tools (Continuous IPERC, work orders, inspections, and reports of substandard acts and conditions). * Distribution and control of personal protective clothing and equipment, ensuring proper recordkeeping and procedural compliance. * Inventory management, allocation, and movement tracking of PPE and emergency equipment, including follow-up on replenishments. * Solicitation of quotations from PPE and EHS service suppliers, supporting evaluation of options. * Tracking and control of contract reports (RACS, IPERC). * Support in internal, external, and customer audits. * Development of presentations and supporting materials for EHS training and educational activities. ***Some other qualifications we seek:*** Professional with a degree in Environmental Engineering or related field. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Intermediate proficiency in Power BI * Knowledge of mining legislation and occupational health and safety regulations (Supreme Decree No. 024-2016-EM, Law No. 29783). ***In return, you will receive:*** Financial stipend * Internship benefits from day one * Ongoing training * FOLA insurance **Our People** At Boart Longyear, people are our most important asset.
