Job Summary: We are seeking Production Operators to support the baking and pastry-making process, from dough mixing to packaging. Key Highlights: 1. Support in raw material control and final packaging We are SFC Turrones Calderón, a Peruvian company with over 30 years of experience dedicated to the production, marketing, and distribution of bakery and pastry products. We are currently seeking **Production Operators for our ATE and SMP Plants**: If you lack experience, we will train you! Requirements * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 3 months of experience in similar positions, preferably in food, bakery, or pastry companies. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; overtime and extended hours required. Benefits * Formal employment under the MYPE payroll system * Salary: S/.1,130.00 \- S/.1,500.00 per month * Overtime pay in accordance with labor law * Paid training programs * Free breakfast * Subsidized lunch * Weekly salary advances Responsibilities * Assist in dough mixing, dough cutting, honey preparation, and mold preparation. * Assist in honey coating of cookies, decoration, and assembly of nougats. * Support in loading and controlling raw materials. * Perform bagging, labeling, and boxing of nougats and panettones.
