Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Operator to carry out production process activities, ensure operational continuity, and guarantee the quality of finished products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in sample collection and supply of inputs 2. Execution of procedures to ensure product quality 3. Operation and organization of intermediate product storage At Enaex Peru, we are looking to hire a Production Operator for our plant in Vegueta, Huaura. Mission: Carry out plant production process activities to ensure operational continuity and the quality of finished products. Responsibilities: * Support sampling of raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards. * Assist in supplying required inputs and raw materials for each equipment component to guarantee operational continuity. * Execute required procedures in each production process to ensure final product quality. * Operate storage of intermediate products in equipment to ensure their care, preservation, and organization. * Identify and report the need to replenish input and raw material stock to ensure operational continuity. * Support plant startup and shutdown as directed by the responsible supervisor. Requirements: * A1 driver's license preferred * Minimum 2 years' experience in production plants preferred * Minimum 1 year as a production operator preferred * Completion of secondary education mandatory * Knowledge of production processes * Residence in areas adjacent to Huacho * Forklift operation skills required Work Schedule: * Rotating 12-hour shifts, 4 days per week * Meals provided depending on shift schedule * Transportation to the plant (within Huacho) * Overtime pay provided * Benefits in accordance with applicable law
