Company "HELATONYS S.A.C" (Yamboly Ice Cream) is currently seeking a **"PRODUCTION OPERATOR"** who meets the following requirements: **Requirements:** · Completed secondary education · Availability to work rotating shifts (12 hours) · Availability to work in the district of San Juan de Lurigancho **Main Responsibilities:** · Supply raw materials to production machinery. · Clean production machinery. · Perform basic quality controls and tests. · Package and transport goods to the designated area. · Maintain work areas and equipment in perfect order. · Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. **Required Competencies:** \- Punctuality \- Teamwork \- Proactiveness \- Ability to work under pressure **BENEFITS:** Direct payroll enrollment (including all statutory benefits such as bonuses, CTS, vacation, and profit-sharing) Health insurance (Essalud), SCTR, and Life Insurance per Law.
