Job Summary: IC Montegrande is seeking a Project Architect to develop architectural projects, coordinate disciplines, and manage administrative procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop architectural projects for commercial premises and buildings. 2. Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams. 3. At **IC Montegrande**, we are looking for a **Project Architect** to join our **Projects and Design** team. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Develop architectural projects for commercial premises and other projects. * Review and integrate various project disciplines, coordinating with involved specialists. * Prepare technical files for construction execution. * Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams throughout project development. * Manage and track municipal procedures, operating licenses, and ITSE certificates (formerly INDECI). * Coordinate with the construction department regarding project modifications and requirements. * Prepare descriptive reports, technical reports, and project documentation. * Ensure compliance with current regulations and quality standards. * Support coordination and supervision of the assigned team. **What are we looking for?** * Licensed and registered architect. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience developing architectural projects. * Experience in commercial premises, office, or other building projects. * Experience preparing technical files and integrating disciplines. * Knowledge of municipal regulations, operating licenses, and ITSE requirements. * Experience coordinating teams and managing projects. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, Lumion, and V\-Ray. * Knowledge of architectural design, space optimization, and current regulations. * Organizational skills, leadership, effective communication, and ability to work collaboratively. **What do we offer?** * Formal employment registration. * Health insurance and paid vacation. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Opportunity to work on challenging and rewarding projects. * Excellent working environment within a growing company. **How to apply?** Send your updated CV to kgomez@icmontegrande.com.pe or via WhatsApp to 908 840 819, with the subject line "Project Architect – \[Your Name]".
