Job Summary: A Civil Engineering or related field professional with experience in construction project management, industrial maintenance, or civil works, responsible for planning, leading, and supervising projects to ensure their successful delivery and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and supervise the execution of construction projects. 2. Plan and manage the project portfolio. 3. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree and professional license in Civil Engineering or related disciplines. * Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management, industrial maintenance, or civil works. * Required knowledge: Project Management, Intermediate AutoCAD, Intermediate MS Office. * Availability to work in **Cercado de Lima**. **Responsibilities:** * Plan and manage the project portfolio, ensuring proper scheduling, prioritization, and achievement of established objectives. * Lead and supervise project execution, providing technical guidance to Coordinators and Supervisors, and ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, budget, quality, and productivity. * Monitor and control project performance, identifying deviations, risks, and opportunities, and implementing necessary corrective and mitigation actions. * Manage relationships with clients and internal departments, serving as the primary technical liaison and coordinating across company departments to ensure timely project delivery. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and management standards, promoting continuous improvement, correct application of SIG procedures, and technical, contractual, and administrative project closure.
